Mission Trip :  Wilmington Delaware - July 20-26     Theme: Love out loud!

You need to collect your tools and have them dropped off on the stage in the Parish Hall at church NO LATER than July 19th.  Most campers use a 5 gallon pail marked with their name to carry them.  When we pack the cargo truck, we need to put the tools in first and we can’t wait for everyone to arrive before we load.  OK?  Sleeping bags and personal stuff can be brought with you on Sunday morning and packed on top of the tools just before we leave.

We will meet in the Parish Hall at 6:15 am on Sunday July 20th for breakfast and packing.  Be on time.  We will pull out of the parking lot at 7:00 am sharp.  We’ll stop for lunch sometime around noon.  You need to bring a sub or other lunch.  Please don’t forget cuz I get sad looking at hungry people.  Drinks and chips will be provided.  We’ll arrive in Delaware to check in at camp at about 1pm or so.

We will return on Saturday July 26th arriving sometime in the mid to late afternoon and will call by cell phone for parent pick up as we hit Cheshire.

2 paint roller covers and a roller
Paint scraper
EACH Adult needs to bring a cooler and a large water jug for their crew.
